Sadiq Khan opened the event,
Our hardworking local MP has been amazingly supportive of our work, giving up his time and donating prizes for our raffle. His opening speech was great – he apoligised for not being Arthur Smith! He knew Gareth and was moved by him and his family and their struggle with MND.

Sadiq also picked the winning ticket for a Heyland & Whittle gift hamper.

Our Heads & Tails game was very popular – probably because of the great prize – a Martini evening at The Little Bar worth up to £150

She was very happy to win!
The food was delicious – chilli con carne and jacket potatoes followed by a cakes galore

The quiz itself was challenging and fun with 10 rounds of very different questions, from identifying pasta and rice to film stills and current affairs… something for everyone!

There were teams from St George’s hospital as well as the South London MND Association and even a team of Graveney six formers!

The winning team were The Cherry Garcias – well done to them!
Hope everyone enjoyed the evening
