We have been so lucky with the support we’ve received from Paddy and Ursula who used to live in Furzedown and still have many friends here. They founded Heyland & Whittle in 1998 making lovely handmade natural soaps and fragrances.
They have given us lots of their wonderful produce to sell at local fairs and events, which has helped us raise so much money for local causes. Recently we were all invited to St George’s Hospital to a special event to celebrate local fundraisers.
We are very close to getting the special ‘chill out room’ for teenagers with cancer – see the plans below – hopefully opening early next year!
