We had a fantastic day at the Moyser Road Christmas Market on Saturday 12 December.
Furzedown Community Network worked really hard to make it a success and the streets were packed – we were sold out of Heyland & Whittle long before the end!
We also had some lovely handmade knitted items and bric-a-brac and have made over £1500 to help local charities: the South London Motor Neurone Disease Association and St George’s Hospital where we’ll be helping create a ‘chill out room’ for young people with cancer which will be opening early next year.
The winning raffleticket for the hamper was picked by Santa and the lucky winner was Jayne of Rectory Lane.
Thanks to everyone who supported us – Happy Christmas and looking forward to more in the new year!
